Last updated: August 21, 2026

FitFilliate is part of the Paradigm Enterprises group. This policy applies to fitfilliate.com and journal.fitfilliate.com.

SECTION 01

WHO WE ARE

FitFilliate ("we," "us," "our") is a coaching and diagnostic practice serving CrossFit affiliate owners and fitness professionals. FitFilliate is one vertical within the Paradigm Enterprises group, which also includes Paradigm Collective.

This policy explains what information we collect through our websites, assessments, and communications, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

SECTION 02

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide

  • Name and email address
  • Phone number, where you choose to provide it
  • Business name, role, and years in operation
  • Assessment responses, including member counts, revenue ranges, and operational details about your affiliate
  • Free-text answers, application statements, and anything you send us by email
  • Payment and billing information, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers

Information collected automatically

  • IP address and the approximate location derived from it
  • Browser, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and navigation through the site
  • Referring URLs and campaign parameters (UTM tags) when you arrive from an ad or link

Assessment responses are treated as sensitive. The information you share about your business in our diagnostic tools is used to generate your results and inform how we follow up with you. It is never sold, and it is not shared with other affiliate owners or third parties outside the service providers listed in Section 04.

SECTION 03

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To generate and deliver your assessment results
  • To send educational follow-up related to the assessment you completed
  • To schedule and confirm discovery calls, sessions, and experiences
  • To review applications and determine whether we are a fit to work together
  • To operate our marketing automations and maintain client records in our CRM
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve our tools
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.

SECTION 04

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We work with a small number of service providers to operate the business. Each receives only the data necessary for its function and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations. Below are the categories of providers we use and what each does. If you would like to know the specific provider in any category as it relates to your own data, contact us and we will tell you.

We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

SECTION 05

COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies on fitfilliate.com and journal.fitfilliate.com:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the site to function, including form processing and session management
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (GA4) records how visitors use the site. Opt out with Google's browser add-on.
  • Advertising pixels: Meta, Google, and LinkedIn pixels measure ad performance and enable remarketing to people who have visited our site

Server-side advertising measurement. In addition to the browser pixel, we use Meta's Conversions API, which sends information about actions you take on our site — such as completing an assessment — to Meta directly from our server. This is used for the same advertising measurement purposes as the pixel. You can control how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how our assessment tools and forms function.

SECTION 06

DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver our services. Specifically:

  • CRM records are retained for the duration of your engagement plus up to three years
  • Assessment and quiz responses are retained for diagnostic reference and program improvement
  • Email send and engagement data is retained per our email provider's standard schedule
  • Payment and financial records are retained as required by law and accounting standards

To request deletion, contact [email protected]. We will honor the request except where we are legally required to retain specific records.

SECTION 07

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

FitFilliate's services are designed for affiliate owners and business operators — adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
